I was born and brought up in western coast of India and came to a lovely place, Sydney, to pursue my higher studies basically in masters. At that point of time, I hardly possessed any knowledge on cooking except a very few tips to manage to survive, much less any formal culinary training.
Gradually, as my interest rose in this field, I devoted myself to quick tips and tricks through reading, sharing recipes and experimenting them over and over again till the desired perfection attained. As a result, it turned out to be my obsession and passion to pass on this technique to each and everyone of you to make use of it.
It gives me delight and profound pleasure to spend my time around the dining tables with people who love varieties of foods and appreciate it.
The entire mission of the blog is to showcase quick and very easy authentic Indian recipes cooked with everyday ingredients available in all households with a view to preserve our rich Indian culinary tradition, inherited from our ancestors from generation to generation. The blog will display and ensure flavoured varied Indian dishes in shortest time possible falling within any budget. I would also like to share my experiences and reviews on any Indian eateries and restaurants I visit.
Further, Indian Kitchen diaries is exclusively authored and maintained by me with all technical help I know of. As I have chosen this path filled with fair amount of practice, patience and excitement, I come forward to share with you my passion for authentic Indian cooking chain.
